I'm conceiving of a piece that will be at about crotchet = 30. It's for a voice quartet, still in the design stages at the moment.

Interesting stuff. Thanks for the lengthy response Aday.

Personally, I think of care and attention (and love) as being part of craft rather than "spirit" or "creativity". $0.02

wtfffffffffffff neutral

The question is, Mr Aday, does it NEED to be at the forefront, or can craft win out?

Ah, thanks.

That sucks TLR, and others who have the same.

What's the Black Dog?

Keep in touch, TLR. And all the very best.

Thanks for taking a look for me. I tested the VST, but it sounds very bad unfortunately. Maybe it is a difficult instrument to record?

I imagine it's easy enough to record, just a bit difficult to sample given that it's not really a western instrument, so its base tuning is not likely to be 440hz (I don't actually know what it is). It would be easy enough to record the 12 notes of the western tonal system, but if the tuning is out then it wouldn't really fit with other 440hz tuned stuff.

Or something.

Before I disregard what you said as tautological, care to elaborate on your statement?

Hi,

First, so many congratulations to all of the people who seem to have an inexhaustible supply of animated gifs for comments. But I must confess that I'm a bit old and am out of touch with the young ones these days. So I was hoping someone could explain the animated gif movement to me, in gifs (or text)?

Where does it originate? What does it mean?

Thanks.

If you can export your audio to dropbox or whatever, then any old public access computer (library, hotel, etc) will do the job?
