Thanks for the stats! Still happy to be part of the club. I hope that the decreasing trend will stop at some point and that the time decrease will result in more attention for each submitted track.

Here is mine. I think I might have put too much echoes in that track. It used to be mellow but I guess I overworked it and now it's a bit messy:

Is it better than Discogs?

I think it is good to refer to the playlist provided in Lazerbeat's post (courtesy of Minikomi) as it features very typical dub tracks:

I'll give it a try

I received my Nanoloop 2.5 cart last saturday and I'm trying to make something out of it for this week.

Actually, I'm participating only for the cake.

I do have a Sammich SID kit waiting to be built but I'm not a soldering expert so I'm waiting for the correct planet alignment (read, when my electronic know-it-all friend will have some time for me).
I'm really looking forward to try it!

I finally found a way to record something else than my Game Boy. Got inspired by a track from a guy on the web (that's accurate info, heh?) and I am very happy with the result.
Hint: not a guitar

I must confess I don't have much free time to make the tracks so needless to say how difficult it is to squeeze an active listening session in my schedule. That being said, I think I'll try listening as much as possible and will put priority on people who actually leave comments on my tunes *hint*

I have distortion issues recording with my firewire sound card so I couldn't record anything else than my Game Boy. I was sick on the times I planned to make so I had to schedule unplanned music session to come up with a track I started a week ago and quickly finalised it 6 hours before deadline. I might get back to it but it's already not that bad as it is.

I am also in a position similar to e.s.c's one and I would also add that, even though I play with electronic music since some time now, chipmusic is quite new to me and I dare take advantage of Weekly Beats to improve this aspect in my music.

It was a bit chaotic for me as I had to try several times to find a good idea. I ended up with something that I didn't expect to create in the first place. I appreciate the unexpected result and this is thanks to this time constraint. No shame of releasing a track done in a week (actually less than a day) because that's the purpose of the whole thing!
