Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting December 29th 2025 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

Something went wrong with the audio export of week 2 and there is some clipping/distortion at the beginning (I should have listened to the MP3 before uploading, lesson learned).

Nice to see familiar names! I think I'll be in for 2018 (did 52 in 2012, 45 in 2014 but I skipped 2016).
I want to feature my SammichSID and my GenMDM a little.

I had a track like that once. BPM was at max and lot of stuff going on at the same time (with tables for example). On a DMG-01, it would slow down a lot and then catch up to the tempo accelerating like hell. Playing the same track on a GBA SP? No issue! (Now if someone knows how to get a good sound on a GBA SP, please reach out to me!).

Yes I think I mixed the right mixdown with the wrong when editing the id3 tags... I was so close to miss the deadline that I didn't double checked. The wrong mixdown had some issues with the hi-hats.
