lullaby two

By Q-Rosh on January 14, 2024 7:27 pm

I am sorry. I wish I could deliver more. But I did not have a minute of spacetime this week. Even this weekend I was on duty in the clinic. Sunday afternoon was the first time I could make some music. This is a slow and short one. Now that this is done, I have to continue to cut my second track on polycarbonate.

Nice one.  Sounds like drifting off to dreamland while a storm rages outside.

This is great! Love the droning sounds playing in the background.

you know i thought of you this year & wondered if you were back in healthcare & how you were doing - it's not getting easier for healthcare workers the world over eh?  you make the most restful pieces when you are tired though - this is gorgeous

I think balancing your clinic duties with your artistic pursuits is admirable and, for me, this song delivers. Catch some rest and I look forward to next weeks track smile

Excellent sounds! Hypnotic drone lullaby. Your music always brings me peace. Thanks for sharing it!

this is so good

Nothing wrong with short songs and especially on this platform.  There's a really nice woozy warmth to this mix.  Quite lovely really.

Sometimes those tight turnarounds on the busy weeks can be good. It can be an opportunity to capture your one spare moment sincerely. This is short, but sweet track was still a real treat. You've brought out a lot of colour from what could be a very static texture. Everything feels like it still has a place in the mix. Nice work!

Ooof this has such a lovely soothing and warm tone to it.  Love those swirls in the background.  This feels like 3 minutes of space_time.  Hope you are well and getting some time to decompress soon.

I must be dreaming is that a subtle heartbeat I hear in the background.

nope that was just mine well, done.

thank you for taking time to record and share this lovely piece. hope you can get the rest you need.  heart

Lots of cool textural stuff going on here, love it.  This is what I imagine that movie Dune must be like.

The guitar is slowly moving through the background ambient sound, at a relaxing pace, with a hint of mystery.

3:00 of timelessness.  Q-Rosh tracks are a delight

this is really lovely, lots of interest and subtlety in the details. another strong week

welcome back. keep truckin!

beautiful guitar tone, and i enjoy listening to the different layers of sound

Sending restful and calm feelings your way. Sorry the week was so crazy. This is still an enjoyable piece. I hear the breathing in this, which is a good reminder to do just that. Thanks!

Loved it

it's beautiful how everything glides along in a similar gesture underneath, but the guitar stands out in the mix crystal clear as though it's the sailing ship that's guiding the rest of the stream... all sounds here morph as one single magically executed gesture heart

Sucks to be short on time, but if it's any consolation I really love this track and all of its warmth.

There's a storm brewing in this one. Sounds great. I like the warbly undercurrent. This one's shorter for you, but I think it totally works and has a very coherent arc.

Close your eyes and fly over the vastness of Australia, lifted by the sounds.
Wunderbar!
Thank you
