Also, anyone who logs into the stream I'll have the party hooked up to a projector on the wall for an embedded IRC or somthing, Virtually-global-weeklybeats-party-mode-interactive-party-from-the-future!

I'd like to thanks ALL THE Weeklybeats 2012... I started late in the year, But learned a lot about my own workflow.
I missed many weeks here and there, but it definitely helped!
(I would not be the same without this site)
Personal thanks to:
Phil Harmonic on a few occasions where I missed the deadline by like 1 minute (I stopped doing that eventually! ermahgerd!)
Sharing pain with people in similar situations rushing/panicking and then reclaiming zen over their creations.
So I hope there's a weeklybeats 2013, in some form or another.
I'm keen to try and get it down for every week.. (Or every month!?) (or every fortnight!) but definitely want to keep a pattern of consistency up from the very *start* ..
I noticed a few of you might not be up for WeeklyBeats 2013 so I'd like to thank everyone who made this site what it is, It's been a nightmare and a dream at the same time.. and getting a comment on a track was often the highlight of my day hahah..
especially if it was a track i hated in the first place!!

That awkward moment when Reason freezes up and doesn't respond for a few moments after a take, leaving enough time to make a Whinge post... but then it finally does come back and the post is kinda rendered null, but not seeing a delete option on the post and already making a whinge about it so having to come back and edit the whinge post druing more 'waiting for response' moments...

Can only do a few weeks at a time anyway due to anticipated space,
My Torrentflux A.K.A Bittornado doesn't support UDP trackers ... and thats not very useful in a torrent client!!
Noticed your using Debian as well tho, what client are you running over there?

I'll trial seeding this on my linode (U.S) this week.. with 200GB transfer a month, and I use less than 10% of that at current... So It should be alright

Yeah.. didnt buy a metcard tho ... got a bit of a rush from going one station over just to collect samples without a valid ticket! (living on the EDGE!!)
There's a few good field recordings on WB, People writing soundtracks to their cats etc, If you look enough (somehow) you can find musical inspiration from anything it seems.

I've been entering random abstract notes into my evernote for the last few years (http://evernote.com/).
Fantastic for logging that random 'oh my god this idea needs to be written down' moments whist your in traffic trying to sync up your indicators ..
Right now tho... with 12 hours to go, and nothing commited to my sequencers, I think I'll go outside and sample some Eastern Suburbs Melbourne trains and play with it.
*edit* Play with the sounds of the trains, not with the trains them selves.
Train-step-electro-house-somthing? time will tell!
Lucky I slept all day after the weekend, it might be a long night.
