Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

wavosaur is okayish but is super lightweight (600k) and runs off an external drive (flash, sd) just fine

What retarded concessions do you make to finish your track each week? I was wondering what your stories were as I drove 75mph through sleet, rain, snow and slush while piggytracking on my dingoo. High. I really shouldn't do that, but it was a free chunk of time away from work, family and life so I couldn't pass up the chance of writing something.
It seems like I'm less interested in listening to other people's tracks when I'm not overly excited about my own. Also, it also seems like what I do listen to those weeks, isn't as bangin'. I'm not sure if it's all in my head or maybe we all get hit with a cosmic shift that influences us to simultaneously make music that I like/dislike.
I need some WeeklyBeats socks.
There's a joke in there about beating off into socks every week but I can't put it together into a well-delivered zinger for the life of me.
