So it looks like this whole thing is set to start on Monday, does that mean we should have our first song ready to upload, or that's when the first week of composing begins?

I'm going to try and get better at melodies, and trying to understand what makes a certain melody fit with a certain theme. I also want to work on differentiating my tracks, as I feel they can get a bit samey at times. Also like what godinpants said, I want to work on really crafting my songs, often times I just get very impatient and kick something out after just a bit of time working on it.

I'll probably mostly be using nanoloop 2.5 as I have been, but 1.6 should be arriving soon, and those along with software effects. I also have a little Casio SA-2 that I haven't done much with, that would be fun to dick around with. If I can get a microphone I might use this weird stringed instrument my mom got a while back...
