I've had this issue using LAME mp3 encoder & Chrome- which I would guess maybe it's the same problem here?

How did my week 2 song already get a comment (that I can't actually read yet)? Is it just because I'm awesome?

Blame little-scale, and me for not blocking posting comments from moderation.

Here's another question - one of the options is "Artists you've favorited"... how do you favorite artists?

If you've favorited a track from a artist, all of that artist's tracks will appear. Which is irrelevant on week1 since there are no other tracks from the artist this year.

Yeah the comments are primitive and need to be fixed up. Don't know when I'll have time to change it, there are a few backend features lacking too. neutral

Bryface, go to music and select the filter "Music I haven't listened to". I think that should work

ah, ok.  it turns out the player's playlist updates accordingly once you've selected the appropriate filter.

Please note: If you're pretty sure your song was uploaded- Please also check the FAQ and make sure that you followed the guidelines: No music released elsewhere that was before the given week- No blatantly sampled copyrighted material. Not saying that's what happened- but could be if it was not following the rules.

hey -- maybe I did it wrong, but I could've sworn I uploaded and submitted my song earlier today, but it doesn't seem to be up there.  It would be really great to be complete… any help?

Maybe you didn't hit submit after the upload was completed?

Here, use this link to upload your song. The link will expire sometime tomorrow.

Sold a ton of my gear but seems to be collecting again a little bit- still pretty minimal.

Trying out this whole standing desk idea

And of course the geek bench... (It's totally gear porn, to a few of us)

Last year I never really listened to others' tracks, so this year I decided I'd try to listen to the other beats of the week. I'm already exhausted. There are a ton of people this year!

New record! Amazing start.

Select the year from the drop down on the music list page. (unless I'm missing something) Wasn't going to take it down.

i could find it, though TBH it did take me a second.

my friend on facebook however seemed to be having issues.

We could make the year selection SUPER LARGE AND AT THE TOP. Though I'm guessing people will still miss it. wink

You can also just select generic copyright and then in your description mention your own.
