IMO ableton have one of the worst 'flex' algorithms still in V9.
Which one? There are 6 to choose from. 
Last I checked Ableton and most other companies out there use zplane for their time stretching. https://www.zplane.de

By not participating. Disabling downloads hinders playback on the site, and attempts to hide while allowing streaming would be easily circumvented, making the option a waste of time to develop, and misleading to the artist, as it truly would not be completely disabled for downloading.

i had the same thing, and was unable to upload for week three. multiple browsers, different computer, whatevz nothing worked for me. not an old machine either, brand spanking new MBP.
ntrval - try uploading again for week3. Let me know if it works. I can't think of a reason it shouldn't- and browser doesn't matter. Well, maybe on windows IE, I've never tested that one
Well I've tested both FF and Chrome- they both work. It might of been a cache issue or a internet connectivity issue.
Refresh your browsers. This shouldn't be happening

I had a notification about a new comment, but when i clicked it it took me to someone else's track that had the name "untitled," my track was uploaded with the name untitled so that's the url it has, so it might be getting confused?
also the link from the profile works fine, but just the one in the notification didn't
Yeah I think that should be fixed now, let me know if you have issue. I had the exact same issue too with my track haha.
Is it possible for me/an Admin. to alter the license I've pegged my first three tracks under?

Well, using a lower kbps didn't work. Uploaded Week 3 at 128kbps and it didn't make any difference. Seriously, I'm stumped. I've tried 2 different encoding programs. I guess I'll try Audacity next.

There is a difference between a free-one-for-all-everyone-holding-hands culture versus giving permission for a commercial enterprise to profit or misrepresent your creative work.
As long as you know that by selecting such a license- you are legally allowing companies to use your work without consent- which you'd normally get compensated for or have the option to reject their usage. It may even look like you are endorsing the product when they give attribution. It's a awful idea in this society.
