That is most unusual. Was it a one off or is it consistent? I just left you a test comment.

Just remember, never let writing music get in the way of your gear collecting problem.

My set up wants to be trash80s when it grows up. The only things I want to do is find a home for my famicom/powerpak somewhere next to the monitor and rig a light under the little shelf so I can see my keyboard better.

I disagree with hail to the thief - for me, it doesn't compare to the other three. OK Computer, Kid A, Amnesiac for me.

Especially No Surprises (but that's for personal reasons).

I was lucky enough to see Radiohead just after pablohoney came out in this tiny little venue above an aquarium it was awesome!

I really love my little Shruthi1 / Midibox SID/FM triumverate. I wondered if anyone else was into building their own synth, thinking about trying it had any interesting hints or tips to share. For me, Tk just updated the midibox FM firmware making the Drumkits a whole bunch more useable. Working on a track using all FM drums again!

Yes but that's not the point!

Quick clarification, weeklybeats is not the internet, nor is it music culture as a whole. Its a small site run buy a group of friends who wanted to write a bunch of songs this year. We established a set of rules to run the site in a way we are happy with. If you don't like the rules, please go elsewhere. If you are able to work within the rules (which I hope you are cause your stuff is interesting) then please continue to contribute.

Or use CC friendly samples to avoid risking a ban?

There isn't a time limit on deleting tracks, if a track doesn't follow the rules we will delete it eventually. We deleted your tracks because they contained movie samples one had samples from vertigo, the other from the good the bad and the ugly. Awesome taste in movies by the way!

updated with the following!

› One of my songs was deleted because of a non CC sample or cover, can I upload another song in its place?

The short answer is no. We have been turning down request for people to re upload songs minus whatever content the song was deleted for for a while now and I am afraid re uploading isn't an option. I will updated the sticky and FAQ to reflect this.

Just another quick reminder, the mod team have delete another 6 or 7 songs from this weeks batch of uploads due the them using non CC compatible samples or being covers.
