Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting December 29th 2025 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

I'm Josh, aka Blighter's Rock. I do mostly meatspace music. I play guitar and sing a bit. I play drums too, but I think I might do a bit less of that this year, and use more MIDI drums and stuff. I burned myself out last year by forcing myself to write lyrics when none wanted to come out. I'm probably also going to do less of that, and probably do a bit more jamming with myself in the DAW.
