Carried Through Descending Pathways

Lots of guitar recently. Been working at it about 5 months now and have been spending a lot more time practicing over the last month. Starting to get more comfortable around the fretboard and still feeling improvements week by week which is encouraging. For this one I took a guitar idea from an improvisation during practice and tried to flesh it out into something more complete. Practiced that a bit and got it recorded on Saturday but had no idea where to go with it from there. Almost gave up and just posted it as a solo guitar piece. Spent some more time Sunday filling it in with effects, piano, strings, and ended up here. Looking forward to going through all the submissions this week and hopefully finding some time for the M8 which arrived a couple weeks ago but haven't had the chance to fully dive into yet.

Yeah, it is a lot of effects... The more I listen to it the more over stuffed it feels. Starting to think it might have been better with just raw guitar and the added stings/piano. But they do give it a certain vibe I suppose.
