That electronic wash at the beginning was cool and then the somber piano chords that emerged from it are beautiful as usual. Also love the swells that pop up throughout.
Dang, a Tone Matrix full orchestrated track sounds awesome! But your piano-driven ambient stuff is already a wonderful treat too. This one in particular really resonates with me for some reason. Feels magical and comforting. ![]()
oh man I can totally hear a full orchestral arrangement with this. do it! *hugs* Very relaxing, love the space the piano floats in.
I love how the music comes and goes, breathing slowly, or like the waves coming and receding on the beach. This is very relaxing and pretty.
This is special.
I'm getting NINs 'Still' vibes, but next level.
Thank you!
thanks for the hug i needed it!
i floated away on this track
that makes 2 of us.
hugs sent back (to both of you)

Beautiful. The build on this and all the space coming up around the melody is just stunning. Very Ghosts but definitely its own moment, the feel of it is so calm and sombre, just a little moment of escape... wonderful.
Beautiful and moving, particularly how the delicate piano lines emerge from the synth background. Excellent work!

my favorite social media website is "Tone Matrix Comment Section On WeeklyBeats™" - this is where I catch up with my buddies jwh, Napear, kedbreak, LCB, SQF, etc.
I went out to brunch with my friend and now I'm getting ready to mail out a Hemlock Records CD order! woo hoo! ![]()
This was a dangerous listen after a coma inducing hotel breakfast! A lovely atmospheric and arresting track that made me relax a bit too much. Hope you are doing great.
Currently at the coast (pacifica) and this Definitely the vibe for this stretch of at midnight with the moon peaking through the haze. Mighty beaty
really beautiful piece, the strings and synths holding up the piano are just gorgeous
the sea is so blue in that photo too wow !
love how the pads complement the movement of the piano, like waves washing under and around sailboats on a sea of clouds.
Stunning. Superb work on the ambient textures, super cool they roll in and out like waves.
Wow. Such a rich opening and then the piano builds a wonderfully encompassing structure around this mood. Totally cinematic and dialed in just right. It stays in place just enough to fall in the background like proper ambient should. But it's also so intricate that it rewards attention, like proper ambient should. Seriously, no notes, five stars.
Great way to start, did not expect the robotic glitchy start to transition into this ambient piece. Such a joy to listen to this one.
Wow. Haunting opening and spectacular mood carried throughout. The synths and piano are so perfectly paired. It's dreamy.
I feel the distance, as if looking out at the expanse, but contemplating it all. Hugs indeed! Thanks!
It's a great day to get caught up! I saw the thumbnail and was expecting and warm coastal track. Then you hit me with the theme song to Driftwood The Movie. That's my ADHD takeaway from seeing the tree I guess. I love these floaty keys and I'm picturing the chord intervals as waves pushing the floating wooden detritus further and further from the shore.
I'll send you hugs from across the coast back. This is beautiful, and it's also you.
