Deep Equinox

Started this one at the beginning of the week and was really excited to continue working on it. Then the week slipped by and I never got a chance to really get into it. My parents were also in town, so it was great to get to spend some time with them, I don't see them very often. But now I've got a last-minute upload. Really simple. Definitely inspired by Ott, especially the bass. But I would like to make more stuff in this style in the future.

A nice bit of playfulness in these vocals. I enjoy those synths with the filter sweep, could easily gone through the entire song.

I'm so happy to hear you got some quality family time. Those are really precious, especially in our (and our parents') older age.
I can totally relate with the feeling of the week just slipping away, hahahah... This is still incredible, tho! The vocal chopping here is top notch, as always. Really liked the general feel of this one. The percussion was super nice.
Great job overall!

Yes please, you can do more stuff like this in the future. It is unique and fun to listen to. Well done..

This is captivating - from the brilliantly used vocal chops to that bouncy bass, the swirling pads & synths to the delicate percussion (grounded by a hard-hitting kick)....so wonderful!

If you were excited about this track and saw potential in expanding it, do it. Call it the extended mix. This is an excellent starting point, already a very good track that I'm sure you can make great.

That chopped close-up vocal sample is exquisite. The chorus with the filter sweeping synth chords sits so well. This is like a forgotten song from the golden age of trip hop.

really expansive track with great detail that serves the song

such a good palette of sounds
