Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

Sub37/M8 this week.
I feel like I'm trending toward more pop/dance lately. Maybe it's my way of balancing out whats going on in the world.
I think this has some good layers too it. I used lots of tape/echo/reverb on the sub37 parts and I'll be doing that again.

Suhweet bassline and love how it bends around the beat. Gave me some Depeche Mode feels too. The lead synth at :55 has such a cool sound. Excellent melody. The Sub37 sounds awesome. Def m0ar!
I'll second the Depeche Mode feeling. Has a touch of darkness to it, but also some feel good dance vibes.
I like the funny percussion and the synths are quite beautiful
