Scratched and Obliterated

didn't come up with much this week but i did make this weird guitar loop with my bizarre guitar fuzz pedal and a second track of synthesizer and well, i find it hypnotic and interesting. no filtering or fx this time!

I like how it has a kind of hypnotic rhythm to it at the start which gradually begins to fall apart.  Excellent tones as well, very nice

thank you!! yeah i love them tones and textures:) i felt at first this was too simple but it grew on me more

You created a beautiful hypnotizing pulsating fuzzdronejourney. Sometimes, I like minimalistic work too, less is more. Thank you for the fine fine music.

you're welcome! Always appreciate your comments! 🙏 This week I have been putting more work into it but it'll be something totally different and less minimalist but somehow still into the same idea of inner peace, zen, and gnosis through art methodology or balance if you will

I've never had a noise experiment that has t become useful later. Can't help but imagine this with some sweeping reverb, lol, but it really is musically and acoustically fascinating. I'm reminded of some of the happenstance rhythms the Lyra8 creates with extreme modulation on its delay lines. Really interesting!

thanks so much for listening! yeah it was a failed start to a song, my partner and i got mesmerized by it and had to start over and did something else, but i liked it and turned it in:)

Nice experiment! I love the fuzzed out tone and noise (to be fair, I also enjoy listening to Merzbow…). Maybe an acquired taste but I found this quite captivating! There’s a nice sense of movement without moving much. The grain and textures are really interesting! I could imagine this as incidental music to a horror flick…
