Recently acquired a Moog Matriarch synth so this track is entirely that. I did three improvised takes where I would improvise to the previous take to create the end product. No edits were made.

Yes, some of my favourite sounds are ones that are on the edge of chaos. It creates those unstable tones which are so organic.

Getting some great sounds out of that Matriarch. The title fits too, as I can clearly hear a storm in here, but some of the synth lines underneath it have a calming and soothing effect. It creates a nice sense of contrast.
