tired paws

another crazy week at work and still 3 more days to go. No sleep no time to rest. I started mixing some guitartones together at 7pm and was finished with something at 9 pm. I have no idea what I did. I just load it up and will listen to it tomorrow. I am tired and exhausted. good night WB.

You're just a fraction of a step from creating tracks in your sleep.  This has a hazy dreamlike quality to it.  Sounds good for something that came out of exhaustion.

sounds awesome, both the morphing blanket of fuzz and the dreamy guitars. very healing tones. like a warm bowl of soup for the ears.
I hope you and your paws get some quality rest.

It's like a soundtrack for those shapes you see when you gently press on closed eyes and see those indescribable / uncapturable shapes (phosphenes). Really pretty guitar playing, too. heart

Hope you enjoy your listen in the morning.  A mesh of dreamy guitar ideas.

Very good tones on the guitar, floating above the organic layers. This is pretty impressive you got such a track without sleep and within 2 hours. It does have the free-association vibe of a track when one is very tirerd, but it does not feel rushed. It takes its own time.

I hope you get to have a good rest!

This is beautiful. The processing on the guitar and the textural layers is so nice

I wish I could schedule you a vacation!  This is absolutely beautiful music.

wait, this is like two songs in one!  even when you are half asleep you go above and beyond!  well done.

I don't know what your work is like, but that music you prepared in two hours is phenomenal

This is really, really awesome- the atmosphere is perfect and u definitely tapped into something on the verge of consciousness there!

Great atmosphere, nice drone to zone out with.

Your tracks always do something special to my brain, tickles the right places. Moods, emotions and just being there, here, now. Nice creation. Responds to the circumstances of life, as music wants to do ... hope creating this helped you rest and feel restored to take on what comes next.

such a lovely dreamy sound space - hope you get to rest up!

Not gonna lie, this definitely resonated with me right away on the tired, exhausted vibe. There's been many a night where I'm just doing some ambient noodling under sleep deprivation and it feels so much like this. Really pretty, relaxed, chill playing.

Have a good rest, I know I will with these delightful tones.

Very rich in tone with a dreaming quality. I imagine it has the same vibe as what you were feeling.  Sounds like the downtime between rushing off again.  Some great swells and mood shifts. Hope you liked it when you got to listen the next day... I did! Get some rest soon!

like a gentle reminder that there is goodness out there, you just have to tune in.

Like a soundtrack to a dream. A love the way the track weaves a wandering path but never feels like it has to be anywhere in particular. It's like freedom expressed through sound. The second half of the track really clicked with me.

People, you are so very kind. I am really blown away by your nice and sympathetic comments. This week I had 4 days off and could semi-relax. Some important things had to be handled, but I could manage to find some rest with making music and an experimental new setup of cable-chaos. I feel a new season is coming.

Super relaxing track.  The sound of the guitars is just so calming and then the washed out synth pad gives it a nice dreamy quality.  Oooh then it fades into a bonus track.  I agree it has a soundtrack quality to it.  The first track opened the door to the next room.  Hope you're getting rest when possible!

Thank you very much. Those tracks are just introspective snapshots of the actual state I am in...
