Finished but not quite "finished" to my liking, but I've got other stuff on the go so a good result either way.

The M8 is infinitely diverse and flexible but I'm starting to feel like I'm pushing its limits in terms of distortion/overdrive/saturation and the "acid" sound. There's certain flavours of acid-distortion I can get on my PC and other gear that I can't quite achieve on the M8 and I don't wanna resort to just sampling something else just yet.

It also strikes me that I need to get more involved in my mixing on the M8 instead of letting the master do the mix for me, lol.

Next week is up in the air - major project due before Friday, away for the weekend till Sunday afternoon. Gonna start something on the M8 as usual but we might be taking a "modular ambient break" for week 10.

BTW, Weeklybeats is too much fun.

I gotta put together these tracks into an album proper soon.
