Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.

Yep, it's a particular drum loop sample pack that you're hearing from Audiomodern; I think it's specifically glitchy/foley-ish sounds here.
It's got an oddly mechanical feeling to it. A lost civilization of mechanized structures.
