Rose Petal Dust Devil

I am a boomer chick, and boom chicks like to dance. One of my hopes for Weekly Beats is that I"ll write a song or two that is dance-able and compelling for the boomer audiences we get to play for. This song is an attempt in that direction.
I have already asked my son to scatter my ashes in a rose garden so that I will have a chance to be part of a Rose Petal Dust Devil.
The song in this key turned out to be a little high for my voice. The guitar part couldn't be easily transposed but I may work that in the future. I collaborated with my friend Billy, who did the guitar and bass.
