Love the silly infectiousness of this and the backing music is great.  You're really selling me on the merits of bowls vs. plates.  Also I could almost see this as a modern day response to Weird Al's classic Eat It.  Like, okay, I'll eat it IF it's in a bowl.

We got some dishes from IKEA a few months ago. There is the spork equivalent of a plate/bowl in the set, and it has become my go-to because it provides enough lip for mess avoidance while still allowing for some separation between meal parts.

thanks! ha - i love that. i actually wrote this after visiting with my forestlike bandmate who recently adopted a doodle named Franny.  at the recommendation of their dog whisperer person they got Franny this puzzle plate thing that is supposed to help her slow down when eating and reduce anxiety. i was imagining Franny getting pissed about it and going, JUST PUT MY FOOD IN A DAMN BOWL haha.
