Happy New Year!!
My first time making a track using the Octatrack, just got it recently and been busy learning how to use it.
I've always struggled with making full tracks using Elektron workflow, despite buying lots of their devices, so I thought I should force myself to just make a full track using it for WB and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.
Cheers to EZBOT for their amazing tutorials which helped me to understand the Octatrack.
I wanted to create something somewhat club appropriate.
I used Octatrack for drums and arrangement, Synthesizer V (Stardust) for vocals, Reface DX as the only synth.
Not very happy with the lyrics but I had lots of fun chopping up and rearranging the vocals.
Was rushing for the deadline so the mix could be a lot better as I didn't have a chance to listen before uploading, hopefully it's not too bad.
