deleted the old avatar, uploaded a new one, and the old one re-appears.
Tried erasing my cache, same result. No matter what I upload the old avatar is still shown every time.

I take it you also have problems with bc likes you songs?

Yes. None of those play.
I wouldn't mind if they didn't make the playlist get stuck at them, or if we could actually add users to a "ignore list" so we never "hear" their songs (not like I can hear anything from those two users, as I said, their tunes don't work, ever)

There are problems in Chrome too, remember I keep bitching about this in the forums.
Parallelis: interesting, maybe SOME m4a settings make this a problem. Your tunes do play in my browser, unlike mnapoleon's tunes
https://weeklybeats.com/mnapoleon
not . a . single . tune . plays

This thing:
https://weeklybeats.com/ayhaz/music/`
destroyed my playlist on this week's plays.
It's never "marked as listened"
It does weird things to the playlist order.

This happened again on another song. I have at least one a week that does it and interrupts my listening.

devious comment was just rude.

100% agree

i don't know about anybody else but i cannot find any link to an mp3 file through the player, so it's not as easy as it is being portrayed. Taking the button away would clearly mean that the only way to get to the file is via some nerdy jiggery pokery that a lot of people, like me, have no idea how to do. So I say make it an option.

seems like this wasasked here before and was met with similar scorn.

It never works. I'm on PC.

They get stuck and don't play, I use Chrome.

This song for example:
https://weeklybeats.com/mnapoleon/music … ---noopept

Many times people submit the wrong file for their entries, but don't realize it until the track goes live.
Can we have the option to listen to the file we uploaded before it goes live, in its edit info screen?

Bonus points for being able to replace it without having to erase the entry and making it again.

Pretty please with tacos on top.

So is there a way to join the discord thing through IRC? Because IRC is empty and sad, fam.

Honest question, what is the difference between landr and, say, slap a "mastering" preset on Ozone? Anybody tried?

As for the original question, would chipping in to this, if enough people are involved, mean that the music will also automatically get onto music services? Because maybe some people (me) don't want that.

Hear me out for a second here, dunno if it is my computer playing up, but I usually order by comments received, hit play and forget about it.

However, after a while of playing, I notice the playlist isn't exactly as what I have on my browser screen. Is it updating constantly based on comments received, or is something else happening?

I wish there was a better way to listen to Weeklybeats also, without needing a browser window open. Anybody up to set up an internet radio or something? We could have the music from the current week playing all week, 24/7. Dunno, just an idea. Maybe, trash80, if you can setup an icecast server here, we can do that.

[edit] here is a guess, I am thinking maybe the playlist is generated when I hit play, but at some point some browser refresh of any sort changed the order of what I see there, and my confusion begins.
