Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

Wow everyone...thank you so much for all of your support and encouragement from the very beginning with this. I can't believe it - even if this goes no further, it's been such a motivation for me to take my music more seriously and write/play/record/release with the confidence of so many of you here at Weekly Beats 14.
On a serious note, I would urge anyone considering an entry into this sort of public/online vote-based competition to have an ample supply of (a) patience, (b) supportive company, and (c) sedatives close at hand! It's a pretty nerve-wracking experience!

Everyone here has encouraged me and changed the way I feel about creating music dramatically over the past 4 months - you have all started a journey that I am so excited about and I can't thank you enough.

Hi everyone,
An EP of songs that I recorded during the past few weeks has just been released for free download online! I'm really excited and grateful for all of your input and inspiration - it wouldn't be here otherwise
The tunes will be familiar to anyone here who's been listening to me, but I've done some mastering and also recorded entirely new vocals for the first track. Hope you enjoy it and please do share it with anyone you think enjoys slightly-insane-Irish-loungy-piano-music
Anyway, I love this project, and the welcoming supportive folks who are part of it, there's nothing better than hearing awesome original music and getting feedback from the creators of it. Thank you to whomever came up with this idea!!!
