plural: MP3s
possessive: MP3's
contraction: MP3's
Thanks. I somehow understood there was an unexplainable exception for acronyms. About the last case I think you mean elision, not contraction though?

In case you have a writer's block week, just layer all the CC BY-NC-SA songs on top of each other and release that :3
Haha I hope I'll remember that!
Eh?
Out of curiosity maybe? I wonder if it would be possible to hear patterns in that noise...
Thanks but I want to know how many tracks I haven't played, or more exactly my played/unplayed ratio.

one strategy is to download all of the week's mp3's, mix ALL of them together, then give one listen to the resulting jumble of noise =P
hey you know what, i wonder if someone could cook up a script to do just that!
Not a script, but this python program will download all songs with proper file names, then you can just load it all up in any music player and put it on shuffle.
I thought he meant playing them simultaneously? I'd sure love to hear that!
I'm wondering how to play them all! :scratches head:

Actually not a filter request but I'd love to know the number of results a search returns (I want to know how many tracks I haven't listened to).
I'm sure that's a matter of very little work... Pleaaaaaase?
Paris, France. Heatwave here too. Temperatures aven't really dropped yet (they should be around 0°C but they're still between 5 and 10), seems like we'll have a long autumn followed by a long spring and no proper winter in between. It's been rainy every now and then.
I'm not a fan of themes either but they're only suggestions aren't they?
We can pick from there: http://freemusicarchive.org/curator/WFM ic_Contest
Hey, I thought it would be great to browse the tracks depending on license, so that for week 5 (actually whichever week) we could have a "Remix" theme where participants are encouraged to remix a track submitted by another user under a license that allows derivative works... (I know we can do that without the filter but it would make the process smoothier )
Thoughts?
