Actually I just power cycled the modem. Landr and wikipedia and yahoo were failing. Tracert failing at a TPG router.
So likely some AWS servers too.

Thanks for the proof, The deadline can't be changed based on timezone, it's synced to server time (just 10:30am every monday here in Melbourne, Australia)
