so what happens after march 10? does the plugin licence expire...?
No I don't think so, it would just be around $100 to buy.

i just picked up the vinyl one too, updated for 64 bit
Yeah same that's a handy one to have!
We've all probably got too many plugins but this one looks interesting. Free till March 10
I'm a keyboardist and drummer. I might do a completely piano-based peice one week.
This definitely won't be a weekly thing but I'll try my best for every few weeks.
Here is a video of me playing last week's song 'Asian Planes' live on my hybrid kit setup.
I will try to do better than 2014 and get past 10 weeks!
Going to explore some modular synth jams (musical) this time as well as my usual progressive endeavours.
Not to have a go at anyone here, but I'm a bit averse to the whole 'like/heart/favourite/vote-up' scenario you see everywhere these days. I think it's a little more worthwhile for the recipient to receive feedback in the form of a comment and not something that involved a solitary click of the mouse. Whilst the sentiment might be sincere, it's just not the same as receiving some nice words.

Very difficult. I've broken up with lots of women because of this battle. I'm sure it's not impossible. As long as the other half understands
Logic and Ableton are my two faves. I teach Protools classes and I gotta say it's the best for editing audio and recording bands but it's a pain in the ass trying to write and be creative in. The MIDI setup is shit.
I'm a longtime Logic user and I love the flexibility and inbuilt plugins which is why I gravitated towards it to start off with. I really like Ableton for slapping together things quickly using loops and samples and it's 'flex' algorithms seem to be the best out there. I've never liked mixing in Ableton though I think the traditional DAW setup (Logic and PT) is better workflow for this.
Drove from Sydney to Brisbane a couple of weeks ago and decided to go inland via the New England via duneedoooo hahah man that was a mistake. It was up to 45degrees. No aircon in my van. Not a car or person in site. My phone overheated and wouldn't work. Nearly hit a kangaroo. Strayaaa
I really like guitar rig for a lot of things except guitar. Quick and easy to pull up altered sounds.
I got a heap of books over christmas i'm trying to get through. So far I've started
- AYA Awakenings - A Shamanic Odyssey - Rak Razam
- The Mission Of Art - Alex Grey

My goal is to actually participate this time haha. Last year I submitted two beats when I was travelling through india and the lack of internet/power screwed me over then when I got back to Australia I was a slack ass. So anyway it's good to be back. I just wanna push myself to finish stuff thats my main goal.
Apart from finishing 52 tracks, I really want to get in the mode of simplifying things, I tend to have too many hooks in 1 track and need to learn to be a bit more progressive. I have alot of unfinished material which I tend to sit on for a long time, so getting ideas out quick and refining them in a week is going to be a big challenge.
I'm leaving for India in 1 week and will be travelling for 5 and a half weeks with my laptop, an akai mpk mini and my maschine. So apart from the risk of my stuff being stolen and the fact that I will no doubt get sick at some point, it's going to be an awesome journey!
Ill be sticking to my native instruments stuff using it through Logic. I've got an sh-01 so I'll be throwing that in sometimes as well as calling on some session vocalists and instrumentalists down the track.
