music I can do poetry over, but that ranges from acoustic guitar to harsh noise to electronic hardcore/punk (peers call it chipthrash) I'll probably upload pieces that are just poems as well

there are some multitrack recorders that are decent if that's what you're looking for. I can't remember them off the top of my head. But I recall trying some of the top downloaded that worked fine.

I would 100% recommend Nanoloop Mobile if you're looking for a program that you can produce an entire tack inside. Been using almost exclusively for the last 2+ years.

dig deeper into noise
hone in my love for 15ish second tracks, make tracks that take as much work for me as "full length" songs do

and technically, I still wrote songs each week that I don't have a submission.
Working 60 hours in a week kinda limits one's ability to properly record
