Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

Well it's evident the community needs to continue, but not so much at this site. I'm all for a related, second site with a different layout. Forum based, with member profiles also being their artist page. A weekly upload limit of 1 song that can be used for us to all share what we're working on. It would be an artistic community site instead of an artistic challenge site. Maybe have weekly/monthly themes or weekend events people can be a part of. Release semi-regular compilations.

All good. The track is listenable, it's just people can't read the description or comment on it. I'm pretentious enough to be upset at the thought I'll have a week with 0 comments.

I like it how he posted in this thread but probably didn't realise.
It should just be a link issue. If the submission page for my Week 32 entry is given a different ID/name then the link can be changed to that. Because they have the same song name the generated link of /music/<song-title> is the same. I just assumed they'd be unique by week so this issue never crossed my mind.

Actually, I can't delete it because that entry is completely inaccessible. It just takes me to the page for Week 31. I think I broke the Matrix
So it appears you can't use the same song name twice. My Week 32 track is inaccessible because it links to my Week 31 track. They both have the name [interlude] and are not made unique by week. Is there a way a mod/admin can either redirect my Week 32 submission to the correct mp3 or rename/relink it to [Interlude II]? The mp3 for Week 32 is called 'Thursdaybloom - 32 - [Interlude]'. Thanks.
