Okay, so it seems like a few may or may not be interested.

My suggestions for places would be either at adelaide uni at the electronic music unit somewhere (in the EMU space, for example), or I'm happy to have a jam at my place as well. Whatever sits with people better. FYI I am not a serial killer. But of course a serial killer would say that.

I tend to be free on Sundays rather than other days, but I could work around other people.

Thoughts?

Amazing submissions for week one. Blown away by both quality and quantity of WB.

Thursdaybloom: Yeah I know - everyone has different schedules and lives. But maybe we can work something out? When you and I have planned on doing music-related things in recent times, we've always aimed for time periods that are greater than 24 hours. We don't need that sort of a time block to meet up and jam.

Iran: You're most welcome to join in if anything comes of this, of course, regardless of any musical inadequacies. No pressure, though.

Seems like there are heaps of Weekly Beaters from Adelaide.

Anyone keen for a jam of some sort?

My personal preference would be for something noisy and chaotic with some subtly and nuance mixed in, but I'm of course totally open for something completely different.

Thoughts and ideas? Or is this a bad plan?

I think that the musicians involved should simply agree upon who gets to upload the track in their name. If this is something that is sorted out early on during the a given week, then I don't think there will be issues.

Spry, to me that somewhat breaks the spirit of Weekly Beats... but maybe that's just me.

Thursdaybloom, your suggestion works as well, but would be more effort to implement.

Good work, sasbro.

I uploaded mine earlier today. I feel like I compromised. Guess I was too lazy to get what I wanted to done in the way I wanted to. Oh wells. guess theres still 96.16% of the project left to go.

I'm sequenced and good to go, trying to live record the damn thing is proving difficult though. hmm

I am in the same boat. Facing some issues of instrumental performance.

Less tracks = less costs as well... just sayin.

Love some good FM, wish I was better at programming some sweet lead lines and percussion though.

Yay!

What about you, D-K? Any thoughts?

yup

Following a brief chat with someone yesterday, I've decided to not write any chiptune-related music for WeeklyBeats.
