steady

lyrics:

steady on
when you don’t know where you are goin'
just be
hold fast to love
leave the rest to me
steady on
just be
in the depths of your heart
hold onto your dreams
let your worries float away
into the sea
just be

Love this! Super dreamy heart

This is timeless. It could be released in 2024 (it was!) but it could also very well be a record from 1983.

Beautiful! Your vocals and your friend's guitar compliment each other well.

A successful collaboration for sure.  The guitar meshes really well with the vocals and creates a cool shimmery vibe.

Love how dreamy the vocals are in the intro, really pulled me into the song. great job!

beautiful, enjoyed the listen, a successful collaboration (maybe tangential but somehow some positive half-memories of radiohead true love waits bootlegs from the 90s coming back)

adding drums to a stem that might not be 100% consistent in tempo would have been somewhat tricky in any circumstance!  still sounds natural in the mix and variations in timing accuracy would actually be appropriate for to the wall of sound indie jam vibe.  the ethereal vocals are so pure-sounding and calming too and binds the tune together really well!  also appreciated the mixing and mastering efforts, it's more than i would bother to do for my own stuff haha

dreamy, fantastic and beautiful

Really enjoyed the atmosphere and mood of the track.  Seth's guitar combined with your vocals gave me some Twin Peaks vibes.  Excellent sound and finaliZin smile

the vocals sound great. successful track, nicely done

Great vibe, love the vocals

Sounds great! steady is good

I don't know enough about music theory to really comment, but I like the key shift at 2:20; almost expected it to develop a bit further before coming back! I understand this is part of the stem, just sayin'!

What a beautiful Cockteau Twinsish moment heart

I held this song to my ear and heard the ocean. Chills at the end. Thank you!

Nice one! love the lyrics. Just be!

This is a great combo, hope there'll be more like this
- Ebrit

Really nice droney shoegazey mood. I'm glad you kept the unintelligible vocals smile

Lyrics have the energy I need right now heart

Lovely tune! Steady does it alright smile

So dreamy and lovely!

Wonderful.

Well baked.

Very, very dreamy and wonderful.

Very well composed and produced, beautiful song

Lovely combination of vocals to guitar & LOVE hearing your voice a more out in the open(not as much reverb as usual... and you have a very skilled voice: the guitar has this slight dissonant tuning, it's beautiful, but i'd imagine i'd have so much trouble singing in tune, you pull it off so well). Great work!

hi, i love this song.

Great juxtaposition of the guitar and the floating vocals - this works perfectly. Your tracks are like the creation of a landscape with sparse elements that add patches of color and texture.

Some interesting guitar chordal / key changes in this - guitarist is working well with the slap-back echo too.  Vocals sit perfectly.  Cheers smile

nice guitar
love the coloration in your video - great collab *thumbs up*
