lizards fall from the sky
the blizzard arrives
lizards fall from the sky
the bombs are exploding the bombs…
lizards fall from the sky

I like the contrast between the friendly sounding music and the apocalyptic lyrics.  It gives a strong mental image.

The arcane lyrics, the optimistic melody, the birds. I am confused in a good way. smile

So twinkly! love the little birdy chirps.

Love the song and the gently quiet far away vocals

healed by the bright mid 2000s-era indiepop sensibility of this tune!  even though the lyrics hint at something else completely hehe

Ha ha!  My brother down in Florida was just telling me about iguanas falling from trees during the cold snap. Not a lizard blizzard, but close. Awesome new sound for your vocals.  Some how more pop dance sounding while still super chilled back.

Love the melody and vocal, falling lizards sounds scary but also neat.

Awesome, love the synth chords, so dream pop.  The huge reverb on your vocals was a real cool choice as well!

this is awesome heart

Apocalyptic dreamy vibes.  Love the sparkly synth melody smile

Nice singing, and lovely bright sound!

I specifically recall listening to this the day this went live, but I guess I messed up and failed to leave a comment? I really love the synth chords and the dreamy vocals (which appear to be kinda edging on a nightmare but who can even w/ that arp?) heart

Such a pleasant sound to announce the arrival of the end times

"it's the end of the world..." wink

Very apocalyptic. Awesome voice work. It reminds me of something that I can't remember, and that's awesome. Like, I dunno, a dream or something.

I really like your vibe

thank you!

your music sounds... equinoctial, which is a word I just learned. I feel like both of these definitions are on point: "1 : relating to an equinox or to a state or the time of equal day and night. 2 : relating to the regions or climate on or near the equator."

thank you for sharing that & listening

this is very interesting - last year i put out a series of cross quarter day albums - i contemplated creating another series for the equinoxes & solstices smile
