Norns and Beads and Two 340s

By ecso on January 6, 2024 5:25 am

Happy New Year, friends. I've been slowly piecing together a eurorack system and WB2024 is the perfect avenue to explore it. Norns (specifically the Awake script) is sequencing two Doboz VCO340s. Beads is adding the textures and reverb. Boog on bass. Everything else in FL Studio.

YAAAAAAAAAAS!!!

gorgeous track!

Great track.  Lovely bass and good to see some eurorack here too!

When the drums and bass come in, yesssss. Got that great trip hop-ish feel

excellent kickoff, and so glad to see/hear you here  heart

Dreamy heart

love the bass line!

love me those crispy triphop-y drums on top of some fat lowend

love this!

Thanks for the comments. Shame we can't reply directly anymore. heart

The main synth line has such a nice sound to it.  I could totally listen to that on repeat for even longer.  When the beat kicks in it just solidifies the calming tones.  Nice work!

The Man is back for another year!!! Really cool to see you back Ecso. Dope beat as usual.

Looking forward to hear how you use all the Eurorack stuff in a beatmaking context

Nice and chill vibes, I thought I was listening to some nice ambient until that groovy drum loop kicked in and it works great. Love the bassline, especially towards the 2:00 mark when it gets more growly.

Yes, digging this beat, my kind of chill boom bap. Awesome low end. Really cool sounds from the modular.

good one! I like the abstract hip hop vibe with the dark synths.

dat bass tho! diggin this song, looking forward to hearing your next one

Nice mysterious track with these panned blips. I like the vibe you're building in this track!
