Rough week, rough beat!
Not a fun week, a bunch of people were layed off as what I feel is an experiment for enforcing, replacing expertise by AI agents... I really liked those colleagues and am very sad to see them go.
It for sure adds stress as first thing I am thinking about is "when am I next"...
We will see, I am good for now. Girlfriend is living some stress at the job as well, we have lots to do with kids, bla bla bla... Life is what it is, I know most of us are in the same boat rowing.
Fitness journal.
Not great again, about 3h of cardio, but I was decent eating healty so not bad. About 91 Kg. 198 lbs.
Considering the stress, difficulty of the week I feel it is fine.
