Metal Mountain

It get progressively harder, and then you reach the top, and everything is good

I opted for chip drums this week for no real reason, some nice piano bookends, and some actual lead guitar for once

Simple, but effective

Great dynamics in this track. The main melody has a nice sense of nostalgy and I like how you pump up the chiptune energy after the piano part.

That was a nice adventure! Encountered some birds along the way, and a dinosaur (same thing, really). Great composition!

Simply effective, got me dancing already. Love this

Dynamics tell a story. I don't know what the story is, but I refuse to be a victim of the loudness war either way.
I do love the melody, it's kind of a default output when noodling a piano, very natural, and satisfying.

Indeed they are, I'm sure they're glad they had some company, no matter how brief.

I'm curious what sort of dance this would have. I'm imagining a boy band and that's just a hilarious image.

oh to live on/ metal mountain
with the chip drums and the colored balloons

nice journey to the mountaintop!

Damn, now I'm reminded of Singing Mountain from Chrono Trigger. Maybe I'll rework this to be more like that at some point.

Either way, yea, this rocks and could use lyrics for sure.
