Electroplankton 006

By Crash Overture on May 22, 2026 7:35 pm

Electroplankton is a game for the nintendo DS

Combined 3 of the different features (lumiloops - the back ground, Sun animicucle for the melody, and luminaria for the opening) and mixed it all in audicity. I did also record a beat too, but it started to get too messy. This one really pops as it goes along.

This was/is a busy week. I can't complain, I made too many plans, not enough time. Ended up canceling my Friday plan (it was by myself, so no one to disappoint and did pick up a Saturday plan to see my niece's dance recietal) to make this guy because nothing would be made. Don't feel bad for me, I needed a me day that doesn't involve driving.

Weeklybeats died for a moment while I was trying to submit my comment and it was lost! I recall the gist of it as: The subtle bits in this make it for me. I particularly enjoyed the bloops.

It’s the bleeps for me

i really like these Plankton jams! this one made me think of a cuckoo clock a bit  big_smile

This is such a nice ambient progression, and with such a wonderful open space in which to enjoy it. One of the hardest parts of ambient is giving sounds the space they need to really live and this does so beautifully heart

Oh cool, I remember electroplankton.

This gives he vibes of some kind of spooky cave level.

Very pretty.

i hope the dance recital music was this cool - i'd like to see a class of kids dancing to this track

Terrible about the website dying, but you persisted! And I thank you for that.

Thank you! It's hard to judge when to let things breathe and went to compress it all. Glad I did well.

Thank you. Yeah, it was thing for awhile, and then not. The current price point really keeps people out of using it. It's a really a game that needs to be released elsewhere for more people to play with.
