Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

A short track that got a bit weird. Started with an all-M8-synth DnB beat and then added some "vocals", courtesy of a pocket miku stylophone I got a while back. had some fun switching algorithms on the FMsynth and making drums. I know, way too short ran out of time aah

Ha thanks, yeah it's a rather weird-sounding little instrument and it can sound like cats fighting at the higher pitches but still pretty fun. def will try to work it in some other track in the future

Is "ominously chill" a thing? Cause that's what I think is happening here. Just steady, confident ominous-ness. Love how growly the rolls get. Great track.
