I am not ready for weekly beats to come back lol, so many things to prep, so many other projects to finish... feeling very unstable at the moment and I think this shows in the music as well, a general feeling of unease, felt the track slip away from me, never a good sign. I guess we'll see next week, the great thing about wb is that you get to figure it out in the process.

that synth sound is huge. can't help but imagine this as the soundtrack to some isolated space horror movie

Welcome back, Matteo !!! Glad to hear you again !!!

It sounds darker than your previous stuff, IMHO, which is not a bad thing in my book smile There's certainly a sense of unease in the music. Hope you find your musical stance soon.

It stills amazes me you manage to publish two projects every week, when normally everyone struggles to keep up with just one. Amazing work ethic.

Welcome back, been a while, lovely textures as always heart

Welcome back!  This paints such a vivid sound world.  It is a little ominous and foreboding, but I can't help but detect some hints of hopefulness in it as well.

Wow, what a vibrant and cinematic world-builder!  Listening just makes me see the aesthetic of an epic film unfold, something like Beyond the Black Rainbow (if it could keep a plot)  cool

This is really atmospheric. Loving the sound design!

Great to hear your tracks again, always impressed with your sound design and ability to make the synths swell and breathe.

love the sounds used in this, epecially the detuned one early on and that outro melody.  You created a wonderful atmosphere from beginning to end.

Love those analog synthsounds and the whole atmosphere. I wish you the very best for this year.

mix sounds great as usual, love the warbles and how you incorporated them into the sound.

also, i wanna your tapes from high school!

Looking forward to hearing your process this year!

Gorgeous textures in this. The stabby reverbed melody at the tail end of the track is great punctuation.

cheers, i missed hearing from you - are you still doing youtube vids?

i left twitter so i haven't seen.  if you are on instagram or facebook let me know

thanks man! I wish I could find those tapes again damn, my friend used to be in a band and I was fucking around with trackers and samples, I'd visit him and sit in on band practices and then after everybody else had gone we'd fuck around with the instruments or some of the recorded materials, that was really fun even if it sounded so bad but thinking back now that has probably informed a lot of my idea of music making

ah i love that, very relatable. those formative musical / friendship experiences really shaped me & helped me find my way in life.
it's nice to find old tapes & revisit recordings, but sometimes it's enough just to revisit them in our heads & hearts. heart

The drone sounds / pads are great and the bass has character.
