Loving the extreme kick drum compression that makes averything bouncy, yet your mix remains really clean, as usual. Do you use sidechaining compression or prefer to manually modulate volumes?

thanks! yes I am using sidechain compression form the kick drum to a bus of all the melodic instruments, this is the usual setup I have been using for years but there's indeed many ways to get a similar effect, some more 'lore accurate' than others but I don't care a lot for that.
