Things have been such a nightmare recently that filling my head with doom and distorted guitar was getting to be too much. So here is a dip back into more somber ambient waters.

I find myself listening to Bohren & Der Club of Gore when I need to slow down and this track is in a similar vein.

I think a big source of my anxiety and dread has been a result of me isolating myself from friends and my communities. So to get my brain back onto a healthier path, I need to engage more with super rad people who inspire me (you guys and gals heart)

I enjoyed this track a lot ♥️ (reading your story makes me kinda sad, but even more so I think it's amazing that despite everything you managed to create such a wonderful piece of music)

It is kind of sad, but it's the way my brain operates. I understand it better and can move to make corrective actions before I slip into the big sad, but it's still a difficult to notice process.
