after the lo-fi game

By xpelled on January 11, 2026 11:22 pm

Week's been so busy that i only had a couple of hours to produce the track, but challenges be challenging. Made entirely on OP-1f. The main melodic sample is from the After the Game (ゲームの後で)-Death Parade OST Piano Cover by Kate Ishida, available here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zAbemY-9TB0, bass and drums are performed live, no sequencing. All the lo-fi glitches'n'stratches are performed live as well. Mastered in Logic Pro X with a touch of Izotope Vinyl plugin.
Turned out a bit too lo-fi, even by my standards, I really hope Kate won't mind.

hard agree

I don't mind the amount of lofi.
Nice and chill. Love the little glitches that are just slightly out of time, really adds to the aesthetic

I think this is the right kind of lo-fi, but I really like lo-fi sample sounds, like, a lot tongue

This is cool and the glitches are great.
