Fight or Flight

Made on the M8 tracker as usual.
While I was making this, I was focused on invisible struggles with anxiety, the pressure to be OK all of the time. Every temporary crutch and source of relief can bite back 10 times as hard and is unsustainable. It can become impossible to reach out, and those feelings turn inwards until instinct becomes impossible to ignore or control. Isolation, lashing out, self sabotage, and self destruction. The only way to heal is to give yourself permission to breathe.
Wish I had a little more time to add a bit more variation on this track as a few sections stretch out a little too long, but conserving my energy to keep this up for the next week. 6 weeks down, more than 10% of the way there. That is pretty motivating.
