Change

This came together pretty quickly. Procrastinated on starting this one until today like I have been for like two months now, so all together maybe 4 hours of work? Figured I'd try to put some actually effort into this one though, including trying to add some vocals. Not sure how it turned out since it's hard to have objective ears on the same day the idea was thrown together. Probably not bad. I came up with two ideas I liked and did that classic maneuver where I just stick the things together with little effort on trying to craft a smooth transition.

I reeeally love the bass and guitar parts in this! The vocals are great too ... the subtle harmony is very nicely done. Nice work!

This is an awesome track!  The vibe of the guitars and vocals are so evocative, and the mix sound quality is amazing

some really cool elements here, and i think those parts work well together. i'm a fan of a coda that kinda rides out into the sunset.
into it!

Sometimes those shorter bursts turn out something magical because we're not overthinking it. I enjoy the mix of rougher and softer elements, nice and grungy

I really like how this came out. The rhythm in the first half is really cool and I really like the overall atmosphere of the song. I especially like how the song goes in a different darker direction at the end there. I like that you sprinkled in some xylophone (or maybe it's just clean guitar that sounded a little like that at some parts) in the background.

Love the wall of sound that kicks in when the guitars are unleashed.  The changeup midway is really cool and got my attention when those creepy guitars echoed about creating a bit of mystery.  Well done!

Beautiful. Has a great sense of understated urgency and tension to it.

Also, way to "change" it up at the halfway mark. big_smile

Sounds like some good highway driving music, then you ride off the highway into space and float away!
