beautiful view and that slow veritcal pan make it easy to get lost in this song. Dig the ragtime piano on this one.
The electronics are super warm and inviting and then the piano adds another nice flavor when it comes in. A peaceful and cozy offering.
Hey, your solo piano tracks are awesome! But I dig your synthwork too, and this is a right pretty dose of that. ![]()
I like the twangy piano. Very nostalgic. When the background noise fades out at 1:30 and things fall away it a great slow reveal. Nice work!
Beautiful. Definitely hear the ragtime and it transforms the song and takes it somewhere else. Lovely.
Super appropriate title for the track. The moment that pad started swooshing in I was like at total peace.
Very cool.
I really like the "Swooshing" patch there, really feels good and fresh.
Not the same piano sound as usual, I like this one too.
Yeah, I was pretty bad to build early on the week myself as well but it is all right, we got something out.
im such a fan of yours and always excited to see what you come up with. without fail, i get transported and arrested by your music every week. amazing work as always. if i don't look at the imagery you've created, i think would also perfectly suit a slomo train journey through the US. very nice
Very peaceful. Can't beat that warm round epiano kind of tone at the start with that lovely pad. The old raggy piano sounds tremendous, whenever I get my hands on one in real life I just hit random keys to hear that ludicrously rich timbre. Love it.
Using the ragtime piano really gives this a worn quality, matches the lushness of the background pads and pieces well.
Ooooof when that piano comes in... I got chills. This is lovely. I really like the contrast of the synth with the piano.
I like the EQ work you do on the drums to keep the slight percussion but not go in the way of the piano. Also did the piano have a slightly out of tune feel to it, in a good way? I liked how that made it sound alive.

Absolutely agree with all of this. A perfectly tuned piano would have sounded good, but this sounds perfect.
Reminds me of some of my favourite Eno tracks, you really tapped into something here. Love it!
Love the palate you've been using for the last two weeks, so serene.
This is so lovely. It's like hanging in a hammock staring out at the sun through the trees in the middle of summer.
Beautiful choice of pads with the filtered drums, sets the mood just right, really like how you subtly fade in that gated synth until the piano drops in. Nice touch with the little bleeps and blips coming in at the end (almost miss them if not paying attention), great restraint, I need to learn this from your production.
Love the hazy feel of the percussion and pads - and that out of tune ragtime piano! Great accent to that warm electronic bed.
Pulling it away to the piano at the end was a lovely finish. Awesome. ![]()
This is medicine. It's so soothing and settling me down. Love this.
The piano is the cherry on top. I LOVE that it's woozily detuned. This is so sweet.
I always love me some ambient / chilled tunes. This was very pleasant to listen to, I enjoyed it a lot!
This miniature is fantastic. It's got a strong calming effect, the arrangement feels safe and familiar the entire time while moving just enough to keep things interesting. Top-tier track, this one!
Lovely lovely lovely pads. I was transported away to somewhere where the air was warm and the ground was cool. Where I didn't have to worry about which way I should go to work tomorrow. Where the toughest choice I had to make was should I watch the sunset on the hills or the clouds.
What a wonderful piece. Thank you.
