Filth of the Earth

By Tone Matrix on July 8, 2018 4:20 pm

Once again I didn't have much motivation so I decided to try and do things a bit different.  I stumbled upon a recording of a bunch of pigs muckin' about on freesound.org.  I figured the low guttural sound might inspire something.  Then I threw an extra copy of that into Paulstretch which turned it into some heavy breathing.  The synth pads and arps are VirusC and the odd percussion consisted of muffled wood and few random yells for the build up.  Thanks for listening! smile

Somthing completly different this week big_smile
The snoring pigs are great their breathing add some really nice dark atmosphere to this.
Synth Sounds are sweet especially that bass...

Pigs always get a bad rap.

Yeah this is quite different but has a really cool atmosphere.  The pig sounds are unique but work really well.

Super creepy in a great way.  Also really intense picture you got there.

I know!  I love them.

Pigs of darkness!
Great, very atmospheric track.

whoa that was intense - nice work!

Pigs are supercool compared to the subject in the picture, IMO. And great out-of-the-box approach
