Went a little overboard with the robot percussion this week but I had a good time jamming to the precision finger rolls. Laid down a few patterns of drums and synth pads in Ableton, recorded a bass part in one take (!) then recorded two takes of ocarina which I only kept the second take (!) and mixed it all together with lots of compressors, reverb and limiters. Total work time about 3 leisurely hours on a Sunday morning!

3 hours!  It takes me three hours to find the correct AC adaptors!

great percussion, I might like the ocarina louder, but very nice vibe.

Nothing but straight vibe! I don't think you went overboard on the robot percussion its got a great 90s vgm feel to it. Only thing it could use a bit Kore reverb.

It really does feel like 90s VGM and I didn't even intend to come out with that lol
