Blues for an empty house

By Sorkfot on October 16, 2022 7:48 pm

Moving stuff out of my childhood home. Played a toy flute I found and put my phone to record in the other room. I've been rewiring my rack and studio entirely this weekend, so I've found some new ways to route/record. Fun with improved sound quality and workflow! I now have the possibility to split signals and send them to effects in the analog realm. This saves a little time and makes me commit to whatever I record. Also I imagine that it sounds better this way.

Always helpful to have things forcing you to commit while recording. Although, I get burned all the time! I like the layered sounds in this. Sounds neat. Nice job!

I like these sounds, you've done well too them
