This song is 19 minutes and 35 seconds of two best friends embracing the mess and trusting each other to land somewhere by listening to each other.

Lately, music is something musicians try to make perfect; ignoring the humanity in favor of grid maps, overusing pitch correction, and removing all the fuck ups.

One guitar, a loop pedal, and two vocals.
Lyrics made up on the spot.
Doors closing, chairs squeaking, and communication between clearing throats.
Room mics, close mics, and a bit of EQ.

Just wanted to share - I listened to all 19:35 of this (while I was working on a soldering project, but I promise I was paying attention!). It's definitely long, but there's a lot fo raw emotion, and I could feel the interplay between you and your friend. I don't remember exactly when it was (and it's a little long, lol), but there was this cool moment where you both kind of lock in on something cool, and one of you says something like "Oh yeah that right there"—that was a special moment, and I just thought it was really cool. I enjoyed listening - thanks for sharing!

Thanks for the kind words. I didn't really expect anyone to fully listen to the whole song, and most likely a lot of people skipped it which is fine! I'm really thankful you gave it a full listen through. Not all music is perfect, and this song could be a little bit of bullshit like a bad demo, but I do feel it showcases just the process of creation with another human.

Makes me think of Low.

nearly 20 minutes of good vibes and I'm for all of them.
