Went outside again and it was fine

By shindigs on February 16, 2020 10:36 pm

This week, didn't have that much time spend making this - maybe 3-4 hours tops. Had some goals around writing in Bb (done) instead of writing then transposing in C. Another goal was to focus on having more varied percussion tracks and more varied sections (not done) - needed more time for this.

Next week's simple goal is to put more time into the next track. Going to try to focus on variation again. Criticisms welcome!

I like the kind of lazy wind-up sound you have before some claps. The clap itself feels muted to the side in a way that I wanted it to get loud a little more. I like the degree of directional separation overall!

I stayed inside again and found this song and it was pretty nice as well.

The drums are slow enough that any variations on them would be completely lost.
